At PLUGLAB, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs, which is why we offer a straightforward, hassle-free return and exchange program. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from PLUGLAB through our official website or authorized sales channels. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Return Window & Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Free Returns & No Restocking Fee

PLUGLAB offers free returns and exchanges for all eligible items. There are no restocking fees or hidden charges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply initiate a return within 30 days, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. addresses). For international returns, please contact our support team for assistance.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned product. In many cases, refunds are issued even faster. Please note that the exact timing for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

  • Credit/debit card refunds: Typically post within 5–10 business days.
  • PayPal or digital wallet refunds: Usually available immediately but may take up to 24 hours.
  • Store credit (if requested): Issued within 1 business day after inspection.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange any item for a different size, color, or model within the same 30-day window. To request an exchange, simply indicate your preference during the return process. We will ship the replacement item free of charge once your original return is received and verified. If the exchange item has a price difference, we will notify you before processing.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email at [email protected] or call (214) 555-1234 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Attach the prepaid return label provided by PLUGLAB to the outside of the package.
  4. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred. PLUGLAB will also send a prepaid return label and may offer expedited shipping for the replacement at no extra charge.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened software or digital downloads
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
