Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy – PLUGLAB

PLUGLAB is committed to delivering your order promptly and reliably. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase or promo code is required.

Order Processing & Handling

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on business days are processed the same day. Orders received after this cut-off or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (from order confirmation to handover to carrier).
  • Transit Time: 3–6 business days (delivery after carrier pickup).

Delivery Estimates

Total estimated delivery time (handling + transit) is typically 4–9 business days. Please note that transit times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or other logistical factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and provide tracking information via email once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you do not receive tracking within 24 hours after handling.

Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes

We can deliver to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. For residential and commercial addresses, we use FedEx or UPS. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; PLUGLAB is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

International Shipping

Currently, PLUGLAB ships only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations before the cut-off time (5:00 PM EST) on the day of purchase. After processing has begun, we cannot modify or cancel orders.
