Free Shipping
PLUGLAB offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden fees, or promotional codes needed to qualify. Your entire order ships at no extra cost to you. This offer applies to all products available on our website, including accessories and bundle deals. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Please note that free shipping does not apply to expedited or overnight delivery options, international addresses, or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or PO Boxes. For those locations, a shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Cut-Off Time
All orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day will be processed and prepared for shipment on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on recognized federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. We recommend placing your order early in the day to ensure it is included in that day’s fulfillment queue. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Handling Time
PLUGLAB maintains a handling time of 0 to 2 business days. Most orders are picked, packed, and handed to our carrier within the same day of order placement (if received before the cut-off). However, during high-volume periods (e.g., product launches, seasonal sales, or promotional events) handling may extend up to 2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.
Transit Time
Once your order leaves our facility, the estimated transit time is 3 to 6 business days within the contiguous United States. Transit time is calculated from the date the carrier picks up the package and depends on the destination’s distance from our Dallas, Texas fulfillment center. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer. PLUGLAB is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We encourage you to track your package using the tracking link provided and contact the carrier directly for any delivery exceptions.
Shipping Carriers and Methods
We primarily use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic shipments. The specific carrier for your order is selected based on package weight, destination, and service level. All shipments include a delivery confirmation signature unless waived at checkout. For expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day or overnight), additional charges apply and are displayed during checkout. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. PLUGLAB is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize an error after placing the order, contact our support team immediately. We will attempt to correct the address before the package is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in fulfillment.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
