Return Policy for PLUGLAB
At PLUGLAB, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees apply.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive a return authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
